You must install the cart in a top level directory. Example: http://HostingLa.Demo.com/shoppingcart is a valid place to install the cart http://HostingLa.Demo.com/user/andy/acart is not.
The Agora Shopping Cart is a free shopping cart program. Support can optionally be obtained through a mailing list setup specifically for Agora Users for a small fee of $25.00 per year. You can join the list by visiting: http://www.agoracgi.com/
